This discounted plan is available to our nonprofit organization and business clients who have ongoing legal needs. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with reliable legal counsel and only pay for the subscription once a year.  We look forward to partnering with you.

Subscription Service Sample Agreement Details

For $2,400.00 annual subscription rate a client receives the following:

Services Billed Hourly

Client shall receive 24 hours of legal services during the subscription term. There after, Client shall be billed at the Firm’s standard hourly rate of $280.00, less a discount of 40% for the duration of the subscription term.

Flat Fee Services

Flat Fee Services shall be discounted by 50% for the first $1,500.00 of work requested. There after, all flat fee services shall be discounted by 25% for the duration of the subscription term.

Phone Call Consultations with Attorney

This subscription includes consultation phone calls, of 30 minutes per month, maximum of 360 minutes per subscription year, with an attorney employed by the Firm. Phone calls in excess of 360 minutes during any subscription year shall be billed at the current hourly rate of $280.00, in no less than six-minute increments.

Initial E-Mail Consultations with Attorney

This subscription includes unlimited e-mail consultations with an attorney employed by the firm. Email Consultations are not legal advice or business advice. Consultations are general inquiries made by client of Attorney within the firm to ascertain whether client will need representation and/or legal advice. If legal advice or representation is sought by client and provided by attorney those will be billed and allocated according to the terms of this agreement.
